For the second time in three weeks, Christian Hackenberg was honored by the Big Ten as its Freshman Player of the Week after his performance in a losing effort to Central Florida on Saturday. Hackenberg threw for 262 yards and a touchdown while completing 75% of his passes. It's the quarterback's second conference honor after winning the award for the Syracuse game.
On the season, Hackenberg is 66-for-92 for 851 yards with four touchdowns and three interceptions.
