Last week, catching us by surprise as Penn State's injuries so often have, Brandon Bell was a late(?) scratch. How much that mattered in Penn State's loss to Illinois we may never know, but for anyone who still cares about these weekly reports, the good news is that Bell's back in his spot atop the depth chart. the bad news is that he was right there last week, too.
The only changes from last week's depth chart come in the form of some stability: there are no longer any "OR"s along the offensive line. That should mean that Miles Dieffenbach is ready to go another full game, and that Angelo Mangiro's held on to his job despite an impressive push from Wendy Laurent.
