The Tale
It is my opinion that players who can shoot the basketball make for good basketball players, so it looks like Pat Chambers and Penn State got themselves a good player in class of 2015 small forward Deividas Zemgulis (my guess is that it's pronounced "day-VEE-das zem-GOO-liss," but I'm sure that's horribly incorrect. My Lithuanian is a bit rusty). Zemgulis, who visited State College in April for Blue-White weekend after receiving an offer in February, marks the first commit for newly-hired assistant Dwayne Anderson, who was brought on largely due to his ties to the D.C./Metro area. Anderson seems pleased to get the monkey off his back:
So that's what it feels like!

Needs more hashtags, IMO.
There's not much out there on Zemgulis, but what little twitter scouting I could find sounds very promising, especially having watched a team shoot so poorly in conference play for so long.
2015 Deividas Zemgulis a weapon early for St. Mary's Ryken. A sniper off the catch from deep and an energy giver on both sides

Zemgulis also brings some FIBA experience to State College, having played in the U16 European Championships for Lithuania last summer, where he averaged 5.0 points per game in 22.8 mpg. Deividas becomes the second member of Penn State's 2015 class, joining up with prized power forward Mike Watkins. And if you're one to believe in the powers of the crystal ball, the class may have their third addition sooner rather than later.
Welcome Deividas!
