Kyle Carter was well on his way to all-conference and Big Ten Freshman of the Year honors until an injury forced him to miss the final three games of the 2012 season. He bounced back in 2013, but pass attempts in his direction were greatly reduced while a freshman quarterback learned the intricacies of the college game and gradually became more comfortable throwing to tight ends. This fall, Carter is more than ready to re-introduce himself to the world as he prepares to lead the best tight end unit in the nation. Go get 'em, Kyle.
