Not everyday this happens. Pat Chambers played host to seven-foot Greek import Georgios Papagiannis of Westtown School (Norristown, PA) on Thursday. Papagiannis is not only considered to be a five-star prospect, but many experts have tipped him to be a lottery pick once he decides to turn pro. Now, while this is nice, and certainly a good indication of Chambers' recruiting prowess, don't get your hopes up to see Papagiannis end up in State College. First off, this *is* Penn State basketball, and he *is* a future NBA player, so the Nittany Lions will have to fend off interest from some of college basketball's elite programs; Kansas has been involved in his recruitment from the get-go, and Maryland is firmly in the mix as well. It is worth noting that Papagiannis is AAU teammates with Josh Reaves, PSU's top target in the class of 2015. Okay okay okay. I'm getting ahead of myself. In any case, today was a good day for Penn State hoops.
