Only Ryan Ammerman Until Penn State Football

There always seem to be a few guys on Penn State's roster that turned down the chance for playing time at a high-end FCS school to come to State College - Ryan Ammerman is one of those guys. Hailing from Malvern Prep, Ammerman played a number of positions in high school before arriving in Happy Valley and training full-time at linebacker. He redshirted after not seeing the field last season. Here's to hoping that year paid off for Ammerman, especially considering the thinness of the linebacking corps.
