Ryan Keiser returns to Penn State for his fifth year, looking to solidify his starting position at one of the safety spots as well as holder on special teams. In 2013, Keiser made five starts and appeared in 11 games, making 38 tackles while tying for the team lead with three interceptions. Two of those interceptions solidified Nittany Lion wins:
Keiser is set to graduate this month with his degree in kinesiology. And a fun fact, he is the only married player on the football team. He shares #23 with incoming freshman running back Mark Allen.
