Penn State in the NFL (Week Five): Allen Robinson and NaVorro Bowman Star, Sean Lee Returns to the Field

Watching Blake Bortles throw to Allen Robinson is so much fun.

Allen Robinson- Budding NFL Star

Allen Robinson and Blake Bortles joined the Jaguars as rookies together, so it makes sense that they have a strong connection in the passing game. Despite the emergence of fellow second-year receiver Allen Hurns, Robinson is a huge part of the Jaguar aerial attack.

The Jaguars fell to Donovan Smith and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but Robinson caught 7 passes for 72 yards and 2 touchdowns, including this one (on a fade!).

Bowman Continues his Machine-like Ways

The 49ers fell victim to the New York Giants on Sunday Night Football, but NaVorro Bowman did his best to keep his team in it. Vorro went nuts to the tune of 16 tackles (13 solo). Bowman is missing his former linebacker mate, Patrick Willis, but has continued his dominant ways without the perennial Pro-Bowler by his side.

Also of note, was the trade of Gerald Hodges to San Francisco from Minnesota. Hodges didn't play in the game, but hopefully we'll see these two former Linebacker U stars together on the field soon.

Sean Lee Makes his Return to the Field

Sean Lee returned to the field for the Cowboys, after suffering a concussion scare, and picked up 5 tackles. He's also now experimenting with a new type of helmet to hopefully keep him on the field.
