YAY HOOPS: Penn State vs. Kent State Open Thread

This time it's before 11 p.m. and it's even on TV!

Joshua Dahl-USA TODAY Sports

Last night, Penn State fell to the Colorado Buffaloes 71-70 in a game that did not air on television anywhere. Radio broadcasters Steve Jones and Dick Jerardi brought us the action, and according to them, the game was an exciting one marred by atrocious officiating that heavily favored Colorado. If you have listened to radio broadcasts by Jones and Jerardi before, you know that they are fair-minded observers who would not accuse the officials of favoring one team or another unless the accusation was with merit.

Tonight, we will have an opportunity to see Penn State play basketball on television! Even better, the game will start at 8 p.m. instead of about 11:10 p.m. like it did last night. This is fun. Tune into Fox Sports 1 at 8 p.m. with us to see if Penn State can earn a split in Las Vegas.

As always, no illegal streams, no porn, no politics, no misbehavior. I swear I will turn this car around if there is misbehavior.

Let's go State.
