It was a great week for Penn State basketball. Sure, the Nittany Lions fell to Maryland in College Park, but the squad rebounded to take down Nebraska at home. Not only that, but for the first time since 2009, a Penn State alumnus is in the NBA. That's cool!
On this edition of the podcast, Bill (@bflip33) and Chad (@Chad_BSD) are joined by friend of the pod Sam Cooper (@SamDCooper) of Yahoo!, and the guys touch on a ton of stuff, including:
- Tim Frazier's NBA career. What is he doing so well for the Philadelphia 76ers, and what are the odds that the club brings him back at the end of his 10-day contract?
- Was there any doubt that ex-Nittany Lion Jon Graham would have his best game of the season against Penn State? The trio gets all upset over Graham's game for the Terrapins when they hosted Penn State. However, there may be some positives to take away from the loss.
- Penn State won a game! What went right during the Nittany Lions' win against Nebraska, and what did we learn from the game?
- There are two games on the Nittany Lions' schedule this week: a trip to Columbus to take on Ohio State, and a home night game on Valentine's Day against Maryland. We break them down.
- Coop wanted to talk about Penn State's path to the NCAA Tournament, the NIT and the CBI, so the guys did just that.
