**Updated** Penn State Class of 2016 Offer Board

Welcome to the 2016 recruiting cycle! As promised, we here at Black Shoe Diaries plan to once again take our coverage to new heights (which is partially why it took so long to release this-apologies). This board will be a focal point of the recruiting year. As you can see below, there is a manipulatable map and a chart below. These show every known offer made by Penn State for players in the 2016 class. You can zoom in on some areas to get a better sense of where each kid is (there are multiple schools that have more than one offered kid that you won't be able to see unless you zoom in), or you can enjoy the view from afar to see how much has changed in terms of how Penn State offers scholarships.

By clicking on a logo or a question mark, you will be able to see the prospect's name, their high school, position, positional ranking, state ranking, grade (according to the 247Composite) and the school they are committed to (if applicable).

This board will be pinned on the top of the Black Shoe Diaries recruiting page, and will be continually updated. So please keep checking back, because this board will include many more names before all is said and done.
