Rutgers was dealt more bad off the field news Sunday afternoon. Dan Duggan, NJ Advanced Media's Scarlet Knights beat writer, is reporting that Kyle Flood has suspended Leonte Carroo indefinitely. Caroo was apparently involved in an incident outside High Point Solutions Stadium following Saturday's loss to Washington State.
Wow, Kyle Flood says Leonte Caroo has been suspended from the program due to an incident outside the stadium after last night's game.

Again, no specifics on the Carroo incident. But Flood directs questions to authorities, which shows how serious this could be.

With Flood referring all questions to authorities, this at least appears to be more significant that a violation of team or university rules. There has been no indication whether this means Carroo will miss Saturday's game against Penn State.
This is the senior's second suspension in two weeks. Flood suspended the receiver for the first half of the season opener versus Norfolk State for a curfew violation.
Carroo has seven receptions for 181 yards and three touchdowns in the first two games of the 2015 season. He was named first-team All-Big Ten by the media following the 2014 campaign after finishing with 1,043 receiving yards on 53 catches and 10 touchdowns.
