Penn State Basketball To Play 11 Conference Games On Big Ten Network This Season

The Big Ten Network's conference basketball schedule dropped today, and will feature plenty of chances to watch the Nittany Lions.

For those who won't be able to make it out to the BJC this season, have no fear: Penn State basketball will be prominently featured on the Big Ten Network this year. BTN released its men's basketball conference television schedule earlier today, and it includes 11 Nittany Lion games. Of course, all games will be available on the Network along with BTN2Go. Here's how Penn State's Big Ten Network schedule looks:

Opponent Date Time Location
Michigan January 2nd 12:00 p.m. Ann Arbor, MI
Minnesota January 5th 7:00 p.m. University Park, PA
Michigan State January 10th 12:00 p.m. University Park, PA
Purdue January 13th 8:30 p.m. West Lafayette, IN
Wisconsin January 21st 8:00 p.m. University Park, PA
Ohio State January 25th 7:00 p.m. Columbus, OH
Michigan January 30th 12:00 p.m. New York, NY (MSG)
Indiana February 6th 8:00 p.m. University Park, PA
Iowa February 17th 6:30 p.m. University Park, PA
Michigan State February 28th 12:00 p.m. East Lansing, MI
Illinois March 6th 12:00 p.m. University Park, PA

The entire season schedule can be found here. Those games airing on BTN leave seven matchups open for airing on other channels, like the ESPN family of networks. Five of the non-BTN games are away (Maryland, Northwestern, Iowa, Nebraska, Rutgers), and the other two (Nebraska, Northwestern) are at the Bryce Jordan Center.

Chad gave a brief overview of the conference schedule earlier this summer, and Dan did the same for the non-con. We'll let you know what the rest of the television schedule looks like when that news drops. As for now, sit back and relax, because we're only 61 days away from kneeling at the altar of the Flaming Bus for the first time this year.
