Saquon Barkley is the baddest man in the Penn State universe right now. Holding such a prestigious honor comes with a lot of responsibilities, especially when you're a true freshman who has played in three games. Fortunately for Barkley, someone else who used to hold that title has his back: former Penn State running back and ex-baddest man in the Penn State universe Ki-Jana Carter.
On Monday, Carter decided to throw some advice Barkley's way via the Twitter machine, which Barkley appreciated.
@saquonb21 you're going to get a lot of attention and new found "friends". STAY FOCUSED, STAY GROUNDED and KEEP WORKING HARD!!!

@mastakey32 of course!

Carter said that he did this because he believes it is his duty to teach and encourage those who come after him in an attempt to be the best. So far, we have no worries about Barkley becoming one of the best running backs in America – remember that time he shredded Buffalo and then that time he shredded Rutgers both of those ruled – but it certainly can't help to get some extra guidance from one of the best backs to ever wear the blue and white.
