Saquon Barkley wins Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week Award

Surprise, surprise. Barkley justly rewarded for big day.

NCAA Football: Penn State at Purdue Sandra Dukes-USA TODAY Sports

Much like his performance against Purdue, Penn State running back Saquon Barkley ran away with this week’s Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week award,

Barkley rushed for 207 yards and two touchdowns while adding 70 receiving yards to his total. The POW award is the second for Barkley this season, matching the one he received after his first 200-yard rush performance this year against Maryland.

Barkley and Penn State are back in action next Saturday night at Beaver Stadium when the Nittany Lions take on Iowa.
