Brazen Predictions and Early Morn’ Open Thread Week 11: Indiana

Back home agaaaaiinnn, in Indianaaaa

Nittany Lion Pumped

Folks. Folkettes. We failed you last week with our very slender predictions post. We will not fail you again. So, leggo!

Clay: Saquon Barkley goes for more than 300 all-purpose yards and I get a slight moment of joy out of an otherwise joyless week. YAY SPORTZ!

DLando: Penn State holds Indiana under 24 points, and under 250 yards passing.

Ross: Tommy Stevens will pass for a touchdown, and catch a touchdown. Also Miles Sanders will finally break a KR for a score.

Jared: Saquon Barkley gains more than 200 all-purpose yards yet again to go with two touchdowns. Saeed Blacknall leads the team in receiving yards and finds the end zone again this week. On defense, Kevin Givens picks up two sacks while Jason Cabinda has a big afternoon with 14 tackles.

Chris T: Penn State will take control early in the third quarter and the bench will get a great deal of playing time. As a result, Tommy Stevens will have the second most rushing yards on the team. Brandon Smith will record more than 4 solo tackles. Irvin Charles will have a gain of more than 40 yards.

Cari: The game will be tied at the half - or Indiana will be winning.

Lord help me if this prediction comes true I will be committed by 1:30 ET on Saturday.—Clay

Chris L: Our very own Blake Gillikin helps us win #PuntWeek versus #MostHatedRival Indiana. He routinely booms his punts over 45 yards, and the continuous fight against field position ultimately helps doom the Hoosiers.

The Hoosiers have been doomed for a while now due to other reasons BUT I DIGRESS.

Eli: The game will come down to the last possession.

Eli’s doing the opposite of what I did and just leaning into the awfulness.

Dena: Game will be within 3 points or tied before the half.

GUYS, STAAAAAAHHHPPP.

Tim: Since it's #PuntWeek, I'll say that Blake Gillikin boots a 69 (nice) yard punt that pins the Hoosiers near their own end zone.

There you have ‘em. Hot ‘N Ready like a crappy pizza from Little Ceasars (which sponsors the bowl Indiana could well play in this year). Give us yo’ best!

Also, open thread and game schedule. Because I am a merciful and benevolent blog lord.
