After an off-season full of hype and optimism, Penn State basketball has been dealt their first setback of the year, announcing today that Josh Reaves will miss the first three games of the season with a lower left-leg injury.

The sophomore guard from Fairfax, Virginia, averaged over 10 points per game in the final three match-ups of last season, and energized the crowd with his athleticism and hustle. Reaves will miss this Friday’s opener against Albany, as well as Sunday’s game against Duquesne, and November 15th’s game against Grand Canyon. He will be re-evaluated next week.

Here’s to hoping he can get back to doing this in time for Duke in the Hall of Fame Tip-off Tournament.

Get well soon, Josh!
