The New Orleans Saints enjoyed the presence of one Penn State linebacker so much, they decided to bring on another.

Nate Stupar, the 2012 graduate, and State College native, will hit the Big Easy this season after inking a three-year deal with the Saints. He'll join fellow Nittany Lion Michael Mauti on defense and likely special teams as well. The 6'2", 240 pound Linebacker U. alum was drafted in the seventh round by the Raiders and has spent time with the Eagles, 49ers, Jaguars, and Falcons. He played in all 16 games for the Falcons last year, and also did this. He will hope to improve a defense that was dead last in the league in team defense according to Football Outsiders.
