Here's Flava Flav Doing a Weather Report While Wearing a Shep Garner T-Shirt

We have established that Flava Flav is the most famous Penn State basketball fan on earth. While Kentucky has Drake, Penn State has the dude from Public Enemy and since Drake hasn't made a single song as good as "Fight The Power" I think we all know that Penn State wins.

Flav enjoys Penn State basketball because his cousin is starting guard Shep Garner. The annual Sighting of the Flav is one of the most exciting things that has happened at the BJC each of the last two years because, let's face it, Flava Flav rules.

The great thing about Flav is that he doesn't just support the Nittany Lions when he's at games – he likes to give the team love on social media and, as we learned today, wears Shep clothing onto local news programs when he's asked to do the weather. You probably have a lot of questions. We do, too. But who cares, just watch this and be happy.
