Joshua Kaindoh makes his way to campus
One of Penn State's highest-priority targets in 2017 is five-star defensive end, Joshua Kaindoh. Kaindoh, originally from Maryland, is playing out his high school career in Florida at IMG Academy alongside a few other Nittany Lion targets. Though he once named Penn State as his top school, he has since backed away from said claim, though the Lions are still very much in the running to gain his verbal commitment.
Getting Kaindoh back on campus is a huge win for the staff, as his new high school's location has not only kept him from being able to visit Happy Valley more often, but has allowed him to more easily access some other big time programs. Thankfully for Penn State, it sounds like he definitely wants to play his college football up north, a sentiment that SB Nation recruiting analyst Bud Elliott confirmed with me.

Avery Roberts set to make a decision
Delaware linebacker Avery Roberts has announced that he intends to verbally commit in April, and according to Blue White Illustrated's Ryan Snyder, the goal is for that decision to come down on April 21.
Confirmed with Roberts that he's aiming for April 21. Top 6 - Clemson, UNC, Nebraska, Oklahoma, PSU, Stanford https://t.co/8SPAzUeqwX

Despite the listed top six, it seems like things are likely narrowed down to Penn State and Nebraska. Corn Nation's Brian Towle pointed out to me on Thursday that Roberts has gone on a "following" spree of Nebraska recruits and other Husker-related accounts on Twitter, though don't put too much stock in that. We've seen plenty of kids do similar things and still choose different schools when all is said and done.
Roberts is a four-star ILB prospect and the sixth-rated player at his position according to the 247Sports Composite rankings.
You get an offer! And YOU get an offer!

-2017 commit Dylan Rivers will be back in State College on Friday. Rivers have been to Happy Valley many times, and his continued trips to Happy Valley might pay some big dividends in recruiting down the road.
-On Thursday, Penn State received a visit from one of 2017's top defensive backs, Ambry Thomas. Thomas hails from Detroit Martin Luther King in Detroit, Mi., the same school as former Nittany Lion commit, Lavert Hill. Thomas is a four-star player, and the 13th-ranked CB in the 247Sports Composite. **Update- He loved his visit.
