Success With Hyperlinking is Celebrating a Gold Medalist

The Invictus Games, Big Ten stuff, and a GERBIL PRESIDENT in today's link dump.

Invictory: The Invictus Games are a special athletic competition for those who have been injured in service to their country's military. One Penn State student competed and tore it the heck up. Max Rohn won golds in the discus and shot put – his performance in the discus was especially awesome. Go Max.

Tourney Time: The women's lacrosse team will begin NCAA Tournament play this week. The Daily Collegian has your preview. Go lady laxers!

Buy Football Tickets, Students: Penn State announced the student football ticket sale dates. If you are a student, buy football tickets, because soon you will be old and washed and you'll have to sit in an exponentially less fun part of the stadium than the student section.

The Best Band in the Universe: Modern Baseball released their new album. It is outstanding because they are outstanding. I advise listening to it and reading up on the band as soon as possible.

Angedelphia: Angelo Mangiro is the latest Penn State football player who will get a shot in the NFL. Penn State's ultra-versatile lineman got an invitation to the Eagles' rookie minicamp. He'll be there from Friday to Sunday, and if he does well enough, maybe he'll get to stick around for a while idk im not a expert u guise.

Quack: Hey you know how Penn State's offense has been kinda slow and plodding the last few years? According to Sean Clifford, that's about to change. Penn State's QB recruit – whose stock is about to skyrocket, I'll bet – said Joe Moorhead wants the Nittany Lions to have an Oregon-esque tempo to its offense. Hold me.

LET US RANK THINGS: ESPN is ranking the five best players at each position in Big Ten history...kind of. Tight ends are the most recent rankings, and there's a Nittany Lion on there (although he never took a Big Ten snap). Only one Penn Stater made it for linebackers. My favorite one, though, is the QB rankings. No Penn Staters made it, but noted Big Ten quarterback Tommie Frazier is No. 1. Sure.

Saquon May Be JesusBless you, Saquon.

Could They Do It™?: Jeff Rice takes a look at the Big Ten this year and how Penn State can maybe makes some moves due to a mix of new coaches and new talent coming into various programs. Please win games, Penn State.

Congrats, Ladies: A trio of Penn State women's softball players did the dang thing and got named to the first-team All-Big Ten squad. Which ones? CLICK HERE TO FIND OUT.

President Gerbil: Onward State published this gargantuan post about how a gerbil nearly became the USG president in 1981. I cannot advise reading the whole thing enough, and if you were around in 1981, please, tell us whether or not you voted for Wimpy.
