Since Penn State will enter the season short on experience at the tight end position, walk-on Tom Pancoast has an excellent opportunity to make an impact on the Nittany Lions offense in 2016. A walk-on from West Chester, Pa., Pancoast has been turning heads throughout the offseason, complete with a two-yard touchdown catch in the Blue-White Game. Pancoast initially entered the program as a defensive back, but was switched over by Bill O'Brien, someone who knows a thing or two when it comes to identifying talent at the tight end position.
Just 89 days until Penn State football!!
