Mike Gesicki enters the 2016 season as the de facto leader at the tight end position for Penn State. The returning starter is the only tight end on the squad with significant experience and will be expected to be lead a young group of players looking to earn their way on the field alongside Gesicki. The Manahawkin, N.J. native had his share of struggles in 2015, but has incredible athletic ability and could develop into a major mismatch nightmare should he put everything together as an upperclassman. As a true sophomore in 2015, Gesicki finished with 13 catches for 125 yards and a touchdown, a 33-yard scamper down the sidelines in the team's 20-14 victory against Army.
Just 89 days until Penn State football!!
