Billy Fessler hasn’t seen much game action in his time as a Nittany Lion (he redshirted in 2014 and did not play in 2015). While he may not see much time on the field on game days, he’s an important piece of the scout team.

Fessler saw some action in the Blue and Whit game, going 3 of 6, for 33 yards.
