James Franklin Reveals Penn State’s Rose Bowl Game Plan At The Pep Rally

Coach wants us to keep it a secret until after the game, so please don’t tell anyone!

Coach Franklin, Sandy Barbour, Kijana Carter, Mike Mauti and many others spoke today in downtown Los Angeles at the Penn State Pep Rally. The crowd on hand was tremendous and the estimated total was near 10,000 screaming Nittany Lion fans.
