Following the transfer of Nick Suriano to Rutgers, Penn State’s immediate future at 125 pounds was a bit murky.
That’s no longer the case as 2018 recruit Brody Teske announced today that he has committed to wrestle for the Nittany Lions.

While Teske is, admittedly, not a can’t-miss prospect, the sixth-ranked 120-pounder out of Iowa is still a very, very solid pick up and should slot in at 125 pounds to allowed both Gavin Teasdale and Roman Bravo-Young to bump up a weight class when they arrive in college.
Teske’s resume is impressive, the three-time undefeated Iowa state champion is ranked No. 34 overall in the 2018 class by FloWrestling and a Fargo Cadet freestyle runner-up.
He joins Teasdale, Bravo-Young, Joe Lee, Travis Wittlake, Michael Beard and Seth Nevills in the 2018 class.
Welcome to Penn State, Brody!
