PennLive.com reports that after a strong start to the 2018 class, Penn State continues to think ahead to 2019. The two prospects both have the Nittany Lions high on their top schools lists.

ESPN once again recognizes how good Saquon Barkley is with a story on his recent 40-yard dash time. Thanks for the reminder about how strong he is as well, Brian. Is he the top player in the Big Ten? Only 2017 will show us.

USA Today has a story about the Blue and White’s resurgence, and the effect it has had on the time between bowl season and spring practice. You guys remember when everyone was calling for Franklin to be fired? As a fan who grew up in section NA, row 25 (and started going to games in 1995, just missing out on watching the 1994 team), it’s hard to believe the words “national championship contender” are hovering around Penn State.

The football team isn’t the only one in the top 10 of the country, with the Peace Corps ranking the university eighth for number of Peace Corps volunteers. 1,085 Nittany Lion alumni have served in the Peace Corps since its inception in 1961.

Penn State Athletics is set to reveal their facilities master plan on Monday, March 13th.
