Penn State will host the Rider Broncos next season, as sources have told Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports. Rider finished 18-15 last season and placed sixth in the MAAC conference, with a final Kenpom ranking of 208. Next season will be Kevin Baggett’s sixth with Rider.
This becomes the eighth game in Penn State’s upcoming slate, joining George Washington, George Mason, Legends Classic (four games), and the affixed ACC/Big Ten Challenge game. As more games become available, we’ll keep track and report on them.
Penn State will host Rider as part of its 2017-18 non-conference schedule, per a source.
