Only Tyler Shoop Until Penn State Football

When Penn State fans hear the name “Shoop”, they probably think of the former defensive coordinator who is now making $1.15 million at Tennessee). However, the Nittany Lions still have a Shoop as a member of the football team. Redshirt sophomore wide receiver Tyler Shoop saw the first action of his collegiate career in the regular season finale against Michigan State on special teams. Other than being the son of a former Nittany Lion staffer, Shoop is probably most known for being the man that tight end Nick Bower dunked over in June 2016.
