Only Danny Dalton Until Penn State Football

With 80 days to go until Penn State football, we look at redshirt freshman tight end Danny Dalton. The 6’4’’ 247 lb Dalton was selected as the top player in Massachusetts coming out of high school (he is one of two MA natives on the current roster), and should provide important depth behind Mike Gesicki and Nick Bowers. His versatility and athleticism (he played lacrosse and basketball, and ran track in high school) could be utilized on the field in 2017, but it’s more likely that he would see playing time in 2018 along with Bowers.
