The Washington Wizards announced last night that they agreed to trade their 52nd pick in Thursday’s NBA Draft* for Tim Frazier, who spent a portion of the 2015-16 season with the New Orleans Pelicans, as well as the full 2016-17 season.
The Wizards become the fourth NBA stop for the former Penn State point guard, who also spent time with the Philadelphia 76ers and the Portland Trailblazers before landing with the Pelicans.
Frazier will likely compete against former Nittany Lion commit Trey Burke to be John Wall’s primary backup at the point.
Good luck to Tim in his new home!
