Forget Arts Fest; it's a big football weekend in Happy Valley with the annual Lasch Bash this weekend. Several high-profile recruits will be visiting, according to Penn Live. Plus Penn State will hold its 15th annual Uplifting Athletes “Lift for Life” on Saturday, featuring Penn State football players competing in events from tug of war to sled pulls, all in the name of benefiting rare diseases.

Penn State football also released their 2017 posters this week, delivered personally by Nittany Lion football players to fans at various locations around the state. Fans and players had fun tweeting their best gamefaces.
