Every year, Penn State football and their chapter (the inaugural one) of Uplifting Athletes hosts Lift for Life, a weight lifting and training event featuring football players doing tire flips, tug of war, bench press, farmer's hold, and sled pull skill challenges. This year, the events moved back inside Holuba hall, and the program's 15th event raised almost $100k for rare disease research - as of Wednesday night, the total is at $96,089.98.
