Only Ty Howle Until Penn State Football

We’re 60 days until the Penn State Nittany Lions kick off the 2017 season against the mighty Akron Zips, and former center Ty Howle is our man of the hour!

The former Nittany Lion offensive lineman out of North Carolina was the epitome of patience. He saw time sparingly at guard for much of his career, but finally put his stamp on the program in 2013. That season, Ty started every game at center, protecting freshman Christian Hackenberg. The future New York Jet had his best season with Howle up front.

Ah, memories. Let’s make some more in September, when the Nittany Lions once again take the field.
