After months of swirling rumors, Bellator MMA President confirmed today to Pennlive.com that his promotion will hold an event in the Bryce Jordan Center on Nov. 3.
Bellator 186 will be the first mixed martial arts event held in the Bryce Jordan Center and is headlined by the light heavyweight title fight between reigning champion Ryan Bader and challenger Linton Vassell. Also scheduled to be on the card are former Penn State national champion wrestlers Phil Davis and Ed Ruth.

Davis, who has an extensive MMA background, recently dropped the light heavyweight title to Bader via decision at Madison Square Garden in June. Ruth, a middlewieght, is 3-0 in his professional career with all three victories coming via TKO.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Sept. 1 and can be purchased at the Bryce Jordan Center box office or online at Ticketmaster. The event will also be aired live on SpikeTV.
