FOOTBALL. IS. BACK. While we’re still eight days from Penn State taking the field to kickoff the 2017 season, college football officially returns on Saturday, Aug. 26. These games would just be an after-thought most weekends, but considering its the first Saturday of the year where you can enjoy college football, savor them as much as you can. If nothing else, it gives you the opportunity for a dry run to prepare your body for a full day on the couch, getting your favorite beer and snacks ready, and taking part in any Saturday rituals that you’re certain bring some extra luck for the Nittany Lions.
