While it may feel like forever since Penn State walked off the field following a heartbreaking loss in the Rose Bowl, the time is nearly here to start a new season. At this time next week, we’ll know the results of the week one clash against Akron and begin looking forward to welcoming Pitt to Beaver Stadium. Yes, football is nearly upon us.
Redshirt sophomore Andre Robinson has been a key member of Penn State’s offense as the primary back-up to Saquon Barkley. Not only has he been called upon to give Barkley a much-needed breather, he also stepped up in a major way when Barkley had to exit the Michigan State game with an injury. Robinson was able to find the end zone twice that afternoon as he racked up 72 yards on his way to helping Penn State clinch the toughest division in college football.
Robinson is looking forward to a productive season of punishing would-be tacklers in 2017.
Just six more days until Penn State Football!!
