Committany Nation: Micah Parsons Schedules Penn State Visit

Five-star and former commit Micah Parsons will be back in State College for Penn State’s primetime matchup with Georgia State this Saturday.

Parsons is fresh off his Ohio State official visit where he met Eddie George and Kirk Herbstreit on the set of College Gameday, and also made headlines for a critical tweet saying he would consider benching JT Barrett in favor of Dwayne Haskins.

Parsons’ recruitment has long been an Ohio State-Penn State battle, and while it’s still likely he ends up at one of those schools, 247Sports’ Steve Wiltfong sees things differently, as he just put in his Crystal Ball prediction for Parsons to end up at Nebraska.

Outside of Parsons, Penn State’s 2018 finish seems pretty simply — wait for Rasheed Walker, push for Tyreke Smith and/or Jayson Oweh, and then see if there’s room for Solomon Enis or Kwantel Raines.
