Is your heart still racing? I know mine is. Let’s start by reliving the night, reminiscing on Penn State’s ability to still make a comeback, despite wanting to leave that identity behind.
Here’s another point of view that gives Trace McSorley as much credit for the win as it does Saquon Barkley and his herculean effort on the night. There’s a reason why he’s 70-8 in his career as a starter, dating back to high school.
What about Juwan Johnson? Well, if you ask him, he won’t be able to tell you much, as he admits he “kind of blanked out” during the play.
Finally, let’s give some credit to the defense. They had as much to do with the Penn State win as the offense did.
While we’re at it, why not discuss Penn State’s chances against Alabama? If they’re to go 15-0 this season, it’s likely that the Lions will have to go through the Tide along the way.
That’s it for today.
