Despite some of our writers’ predictions, it seems that as of now, most publications believe Penn State is headed to the Citrus Bowl against Kentucky. Only ESPN’s Sherman maintains his Outback Bowl selection, but all except ESPN’s Bonagura think the Nittany Lions will face Kentucky.
