Penn State Ranked 20 In Week 2 College Football Playoff Rankings

After a lackluster showing in Ann Arbor, the Lions dropped in the poll.

Penn State football fell to number 20 in the College Football Playoffs this week, after a “revenge tour” loss to Michigan last week.

Michigan (4) is still the cream of the Big Ten, especially after demolishing the Lions, coming in near the top of the rankings. Ohio State (10) and Michigan State (18) join PSU and UM as Big Ten East teams in the rankings.

Iowa (21) is the only Big Ten West squad ranked (though Jason Kirk thinks Purdue should be); Wisconsin and Northwestern all spent time ranked at points this year before dropping later on in the year.
