The 2018 class just got a little smaller, as big man Tolu Jacobs Yaffa has decommitted from Penn State. The Center prospect committed last November, being somewhat of an unexpected commit at the time. Just as unexpectedly, Tolu has reopened his recruitment for the 2018 recruiting cycle.
