Joonas Suotamo will continue to make Penn State basketball fans proud, as he will return as Chewbacca in the next Star Wars movie. With Tony Carr soon to demonstrate the PSU hoops-to-NBA path next month, and Ross Travis already having taken the hoops-to-NFL path a couple of years ago, it makes you wonder what is next for John Harrar, once his eligibility runs out at Penn State. The team announced its full schedule for the 2018-19 season earlier this week.

The Centre Daily took a long look at Juwan Johnson in this well-written piece that gives a wide perspective of the NFL prospect’s approach to his expected increased role this fall.

James Franklin spoke about Connor McGovern earlier this week. Coach talked about the versatility of the returning starting lineman. Greg Pickel followed the discussion with an article detailing some possibilities were McGovern to play guard instead of center. It’s nice to see the names being thrown around; there’s a great deal of depth and experience returning to the line.
