Miner is now the fourth player to leave the football team due to health concerns this summer, joining fellow freshman Nana Asiedu, Jake Zembiec, and Ryan Buccholz. He chose the Nittany Lions over a host of Big Ten and SEC schools, including Auburn, Florida, and Georgia. The former defensive back will remain at Penn State on a medical scholarship.
