Penn State’s fifth straight win, a 35-7 Homecoming victory over Purdue, earned them the No. 10 spot in the AP poll.

Joining the Nittany Lions in the rankings are No. 3 Ohio State, No. 8 Wisconsin, No. 16 Michigan, No. 17 Iowa, and No. 26 Minnesota (Minnesota is ranked 26th due to both OSU and Georgia being ranked No. 3). Michigan State dropped out of the poll after their blowout loss to the Buckeyes.

Penn State also moved up in the Coaches Poll to No. 9. Ohio State (No. 4), Wisconsin (No. 8), Michigan (No. 16), Iowa (No. 18), and Minnesota (No. 25) are the other conference teams in the coaches’ poll.

Penn State travels to Kinnick Stadium to face the Hawkeyes at 7:30 on Saturday night.
