Penn State Opens as Heavy Favorite Against Rutgers in Regular Season Finale

Penn State has opened as a favorite for the 11th time in 12 games this season. The Nittany Lions are a 41-point favorite over Rutgers, which comes to Happy Valley for the regular season finale on Saturday, Nov. 30.

Rutgers enters the game with a 2-9 record, and are winless in Big Ten play on the season. Its two victories came against UMass and Liberty. The Scarlet Knights are coming off a 27-0 defeat at the hands of Michigan State, although the game was the closest conference game of the season for Rutgers.

Penn State was defeated by Ohio State 28-17 on Saturday, falling to 9-2 on the season. They were ranked #8 in the College Football Playoff rankings prior to the loss.

Penn State and Rutgers will kick off at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, with the game being televised on BTN.
