Only Kyle Vasey Until Penn State Football

The clock keeps ticking toward PSU football season

As it turns out, the number 96 does not exactly have a tradition-rich history in Penn State football.

It was, however, most recently worn by one Kyle Vasey.

Vasey, now a member of the Atlanta Falcons, started his Penn State career as a walk-on long snapper and finished it on scholarship.

He appeared in 26 games over the final two years of his Penn State career and won the John Bruno Memorial Award, as an outstanding member of the special teams as a senior.
