Mulbah picked up his offer fairly recently. He camped at Penn State on June 9 and grabbed an offer not long thereafter on June 12. He returned to campus in order to camp again on Saturday and committed after the camp ended.

OUTLOOK

It’s tough to project what Mulbah could be in college, but it’s all about upside for the Nittany Lions. Mulbah reportedly put up huge testing numbers when he first camped at Penn State and the combination of those numbers along with his impressive measurables were enough to earn an offer. He’s a breakout candidate for his senior campaign with Susquehanna Township, but much of his college success will depend on what happens after Dwight Galt and Sean Spencer get their hands on him.
