Penn State is back down to 11 commitments as four-star Michigan tackle Grant Toutant flipped his pledge from the Nittany Lions to Ohio State.

Penn State still has a strong offensive line class with Aaryn Parks and Olu Fashanu as offensive tackles, with RJ Adams, Golden Achumba, and Nicholas Dawkins on the interior, but losing recruits to Ohio State suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks.
What was once projected to be a potential top five class is now hovering around the No. 15 area, which is quite disappointing when you consider where expectations were for the 2020 class on September 1, 2018. One thing is for sure, the on-the-field product in 2019 needs to be better to stop the bleeding.
