Koa Farmer: Farmer made a nice hit on an intended receiver on the game’s final play against the Packers.
Kevin Givens: Givens had one tackle for the 49ers.
Trace McSorley: McSorley followed up his first passing touchdown last week with his first rushing score and two more passing touchdowns this week against Philadelphia.

Shareef Miller: Miller did not record any statistics, but did commit a facemask penalty against McSorley.
Amani Oruwariye: Amani finished second on the team with four tackles and added a pass break-up.
Miles Sanders: Sanders dressed, but did not receive any carries or catch any passes against Baltimore.
Nick Scott: Scott had a tackle for loss against Denver.
DeAndre Thompkins: Thompkins did not record any statistics against the Ravens.
